The impact you'll make

Join Lam as a Business Operations Analyst, where you'll spearhead process improvement initiatives. With your systems knowledge and business process acumen, you expertly collect and analyze data, evaluate processes, develop metrics, and identify root causes with data-driven indicators for future improvements. Organizing cross-functional project teams, you communicate team progress and survey best practices, showcasing your commitment to operational excellence at Lam.

What you'll do

• Joining a cross-functional team consisting of product managers, engineers, config engineers, production planner as well as SAP modeler
• Start, track progress and drive development tasks to release new products and/or product options
• Take over ownership and manage escalations from new product (option) release tasks till release
• Maintain POA (Product Option Architecture) owned documents and databases
• Define detailed SAP Variant Configurator (VC) change for the POA Modelling group
• Perform, report and document SAP VC testing for POA updates

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a technical degree or business educational background
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and German
• Outstanding ability to work in a cross-functional international team
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint)
• Commendable knowledge and experience in ERP systems SAP/Oracle and other procurement related tools

What We're Offering

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industries in occupation group E or F. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
