Work for a global leader in the dynamic and competitive air quality and environmental monitoring industry. As a Customer Success Manager at Sensirion Connected Solutions (SCS), you are the primary technical and customer-facing partner for our customers across all SCS continuous monitoring solutions, including Nubo Sentry, Nubo Sphere, and Kuva camera systems.
You are responsible for ensuring the successful deployment, commissioning, operation, and long-term adoption of our solutions in industrial and oil & gas environments. Acting as the bridge between customer operations, engineering, and commercial stakeholders, you combine hands-on field execution with a strong focus on customer outcomes and value realization through excellent customer service and data analysis.
This role is ideal for an allrounder who understands real-world site conditions as well as the business drivers of the oil & gas sector, and takes ownership of making customers successful throughout the full lifecycle of their deployments.
Aufgaben
You own the customer journey from initial onboarding through full-scale deployment and ongoing operation, with a strong emphasis on hands-on execution and technical credibility. Your scope includes:
- Leading and coordinating customer onboarding, including onsite demonstrations, trainings, and rollout planning.
- Supporting and assisting with installations, commissioning, and validation of continuous monitoring systems at customer sites.
- Acting as the technical point of contact for customers during deployment and early operational phases.
- Ensuring systems are correctly configured, commissioned, and operating as intended.
- Analyzing data from existing deployments to assess system performance, identify issues, and support customers in interpreting results.
- Proactively identifying optimization opportunities, usage gaps, or operational improvements based on deployment data and best practices.
- Driving customer adoption and long-term success through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and solution-oriented recommendations.
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Engineering, field teams, and Product Management to communicate customer feedback, operational insights, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop playbooks and processes to scale our customer success operations in the oil & gas vertical.
Profil
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Petroleum, or similar), Industrial Technology, or related field. Equivalent vocational training (e.g., apprenticeship, technician education) combined with relevant oil and gas industry experience is equally valued.
- 3+ years of experience in oil & gas, industrial automation, energy infrastructure, or environmental monitoring.
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience such as Customer Success, Application Engineering, Field Services, or Technical Sales.
- Strong technical affinity with sensor systems, IIoT solutions, data analytics, and industrial deployments.
- Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with strong communication skills.
