Aufgaben

In the area of Leadership Diagnostics we are looking for an intern (m/f/diverse) who will join us for a period of approximately 6 months starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks will be:

  • Supporting in diagnostic projects
  • Support in preparing a global pilot of a new diagnostic tool
  • Running a validation study
  • Support in administrating diagnostic processes
  • Support in creating micro learnings and trainings about diagnostic principles


Profil
  • Student (m/f/diverse) in the field of psychology or a comparable field of study (with a focus on aptitude diagnostics)
  • Basic understanding of aptitude diagnostic principles
  • Confident handling of the MS Office programs (especially Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Very good English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Independent and structured way of working combined with a high-quality orientation and reliability as well as very good communication skills
