Product Manager Cochlear Implant (CI)


Aufgaben

The Product Manager Cochlear Implants (Medical Device Class III) is responsible for all product management activities including in- and external product components through the entire product life cycle in our market.

The Product Manager acts as the champion for Cochlear’s implantable hearing solutions product portfolio, i.e. implants, sound processors, fitting software, accessories and bimodal solutions. For the assigned portfolio, the PM controls and actively manages the entire product life cycle, especially all aspects to ensure successful product launches including Controlled Market Releases (CMR).

In this role, you work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to understand the needs of Cochlear’s customers and professional partners, as well as the commercial and strategic needs of the organisation to drive Cochlear growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Proactively manage implementation of product marketing strategy in alignment with the overall Cochlear strategy in Germany
  • Lead on ensuring effective end-to-end lifecycle product management by KPI-oriented monitoring and developing functional initiatives to achieve business targets
  • Develop product-related content for marketing and sales materials and manage the translation and proof-reading process.
  • Proactively liaise with and support both internal and external stakeholders with product, key messaging training and product knowledge

Profil
  • University degree in business with a very good technical understanding or similar
  • Sales experience / strong business acumen
  • Strong analytical, marketing and product management skills
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Creative and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, project management tools, CRM programs
  • This role includes substantial travelling on business purposes
  • Ideal: Knowledge of medical technical products and the German healthcare market
