Aufgaben What you will do
The Senior Manager Business Development e-Commerce (m/f/d) have European responsibility to develop and execute the e-Commerce strategy to position Clarios early in this channel with key and strategic market players. Furthermore, you are responsible for the e-commerce channel, including consumer experience, management of assortment, analytics, reporting, merchandising and growth strategy. The role will be based in our Power Solutions EMEA headquarters office in Hannover, Germany.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the e-Commerce Strategy for Sales Europe to position Clarios successfully in this channel
  • Responsibility to identify key and strategic Market player for a profitable growth with brand VARTA
  • Identify e-Service and Products
  • Develop and establish relevant Market Intelligence Insights to steer strategically the business such as e-channel sales data, competitor’s information and industry information etc
  • Develop and update Dashboards of relevant KPIs to monitor the success of the business in each customers’ platform, track sales growth
  • Manage the customer relationship, routine duties and the implementation of related projects
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams like Content management, Data Analytics, Brand marketing, sales, and other teams to provide visibility, and execution of Strategy Actions
  • Plan and Budget Responsibility for sales activity plans on customer platforms as well the post-event analysis of spend
  • Own weekly, monthly quarterly reporting of relevant e-commerce KPIs
  • Cost Management for Project related

Profil What we look for
  • University degree in major of Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced working experience in e-Commerce at brand or retailer
  • Be family with e-commerce industry and/or e-commerce account management in an international environment and teams
  • Ability to lead and influence teams without formal Authority in a Matrix organization
  • Ability to lead in a team motivational style and facilitate teamwork
  • High level of accountability and result driven
  • Advanced Business and market development skills
  • Innovatively thinking – looking beyond the obvious to develop highly creative and impactful solutions
  • Competent IT skills – All Microsoft Office Packages
  • Strong communication and presentation skills on different target groups
  • Willingness to travel globally (approx. 25%)
  • Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English
  • Working experience in the Automotive Aftersales
  • Key account management experience desirable
  • Further languages like French, Spanish or German are a plus
