As Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d) at our headquarters in Berlin you will be responsible for both the strategic and operational management of our digital marketing channels. In this role, you will create new strategies, processes and campaigns that support the growth of the markets.

You will work with the experts of our Performance Marketing Team and implement the best strategy that optimizes the performance of each channel.
You will generate insights by developing a close and deep understanding of our marketing channels, customers, key markets and players, thus help us understand the customer journey and improve our marketing efficiency.
You will create ad-hoc analyses and reports where you identify growth and optimizations potentials.
You will develop and create new strategies, processes and campaigns that help the markets grow.
You have a bachelor degree or equivalent education background.
You have 1-2 years of experience in Paid marketing (SEA, Display). Affiliate marketing is a plus.
You are fluent in French and English, German is a plus.
You show initiative, are reliable, ambitious and have strong analytical skills.
You have a quantitative mindset and desire to work with data in order to find answers.
